I can’t believe I’ve never seen this photo before. Turns out David Prowse (the guy in glasses), who was in the Vader suit for the original tril, isn’t actually that tall. Ford is 6’1”, same as me, which makes Prowse about 6’4”, which is just shorter than my dad. Conclusion: My dad should have played Vader.
Hamill’s face is gold. “Sure Mayhew, you’ll get an Oscar nod for this”.
Also, turns out Carrie Fisher is almost a freakin’ midget.
